This faculty, firstly as five-year vocational education, is established in August 1968 with the aim to foster professionals in tax administration. 2001 this faculty further increased four-year bachelor education in public finance and tax administration.

     This faculty now has three different education systems, 4 and 2-year college, five-year vocational and 2-year of continuing education. 5-year vocational education provides basic learning in commerce, accounting and taxation for junior high school graduates. 4-year college education recruits the students from commerce high school. 2-year college education is to continue the five-year vocational education in commerce, accounting and tax administration. The continuing education offers 2-year programs in nights and weekends to students with daily jobs. All this faculty’s different types of education, with qualified and excellent teaching resources, focus on furnish students with basic and advanced knowledge, both in theoretical and practical aspects, in public finance and tax administration.

     This faculty was reviewed as first class in 2008 and 2011 by Taiwan’s Ministry of Education. Our graduates share the highest rate to high and normal state exams for civil servant. Some of them even earned the number 1 in state exams for tax officials.
